ULLSWATER steamers is holding a special event to raise money for the endangered red squirrel.
Three Simply Red Squirrel cruises in aid of conservation group Save Our Squirrels will take place on August 8.
Departing from Glenridding at 10am, 1pm and 4pm, passengers can enjoy an idyllic one-hour tour on Ullswater before Steamers mascot Sammy the Squirrel directs the way to marquees in Jenkins Field where games, craft stalls, films and storytelling will focus on red squirrels.
Purchases will help raise further funds for both Save Our Squirrels and the Penrith Red Squirrel Group.
Tickets cost £8 for adults and £4 for children and can be booked by calling 017684 82229.
