IT WAS good to read the article in the Citizen (September 28) about Lancashire County Council's Bottom Line' campaign asking parents to use washable nappies instead of disposables.
The promotional DVD produced by local company Five Coats to support it featured members of the Lancaster group Family Friendly Friends of the Earth', who campaign on issues related to families.
We really enjoyed being involved, discussing why we have chosen to use washables and having our children filmed.
It was exciting to be part of a DVD that new-to-be parents will see at antenatal classes.
But other parents who haven't attended classes or who have had their children already may also benefit from seeing it.
