EMPLOYEES at Kendal's Georgian Goodacre Ltd, which went into administration last November, were still waiting to learn the fate of the factory as interested parties finalised their bids this week.
Insolvency practitioners Begbies Traynor had hoped to announce whether a management buy-out bid for the business on Aynam Road had been successful, but director of corporate recovery Gary Lee said he was still waiting to hear from various parties, who had been told to ' firm up their offers' after expressing interest in either the property, machinery and stock.
