A STUDY into the likely impact of the new 10mph speed limit on Windermere has been supported by Cumbria county councillors, who agreed to contribute £2,000 towards its cost.
The study is intended to assess the opportunities for businesses which will be affected by the new legislation which comes into force in 2005.
CCC's South Lakeland area committee agreed to contribute to the study which could cost up to £ 20,000.
