A PLEASANT afternoon was spent on the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway by 22 parishioners of the Leven Valley Benefice at an event arranged by the social com-mittee of St Anne’s Church, Haverthwaite, specifically by Dale Park.
Everyone enjoyed the ride on the train and the refreshments at Lakeside and Haverthwaite.
