A MAN has died after his car collided with a van this morning.
Ambulance and fire crews were called to the incident, at 8.40am, where a Renault Trafic van collided with a Ford Focus, on the A683, near Hornby.
The Ford Focus driver was taken to Royal Lancaster Infirmary and was pronounced dead a short time later.
The driver of the van was uninjured.
Parts of the A683 are still closed while police continue with investigations.
