COPPER and a motorboat engine were stolen after a thief or thieves broke into United Utilities buildings along the A591 in Thirlmere.
Significant damage was also caused to a toilet block which was raided.
Anyone with information on the incident, which occurred between November 19 and 21, should contact Cumbria Police on 0845 3300247.
