LANCASTER and District Chamber of Commerce has raised over £1100 for Rosemere Cancer Foundation through two of its busiest annual networking events held recently.
The Chamber’s annual dinner in October and the Christmas Business Lunch, both held at Lancaster House Hotel, saw members digging deep to raise vital funds which will bring new technology to the North West to treat lung cancer patients.
Rosemere representative Paula Richardson, said: “We are extremely grateful to the Chamber for choosing to support Rosemere Cancer Foundation. Rosemere raises vital funds for cancer units across the region making a real difference to a patient’s experience of the treatment process, this wouldn’t be possible without the extraordinary generosity of our corporate partners. Thanks again guys!”
