WINDERMERE entrepreneur Jeremy Lefton has been chosen as one of the North West’s stand out young business leaders.

The 29-year-old, a director of Lancashire-based Roundhouse Properties Ltd, made this year’s prestigious 42 under 42 list, compiled by one of the region’s top business journals, The Insider.

The programme recognises some of the North West’s most dynamic and inspirational young entrepreneurs, celebrating their success in helping to grow the regional economy.

Heading up Roundhouse Properties, the company prides itself in offering first class, office and industrial accommodation, mainly for the small to medium sized enterprise (SME) sector.

Mr Lefton was singled-out for his eight years of experience in the property industry and for the hands-on role he takes with the business, whilst being heralded for achieving stunning results around the M6/M61 corridor in Lancashire.

He said: "It’s a great honour to be selected and a huge thrill to gain recognition on the back of the success of the business. But it’s not just about me, it’s also down to the support I get from the entire team at Roundhouse Properties, who have helped shape the company into the level it exists today.”
