TWO men charged with hunting a wild mammal with dogs appeared at Skipton Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Paul Whitehead, 53, of Cautley, Sedbergh, and Terence Michael Potter, 63, of Orton, both denied the offence, which is alleged to have occurred at Holly Platt Farm, Ingleton, on February 18.
Magistrates adjourned the case until October 24 for a case management hearing.
