A SCHEME to build up to 20 homes on a site in Kirkby Lonsdale is to be revealed at a public display.
Jim Bowers, who is developing the former Cedar Court School site, is offering residents an opportunity to comment on the project prior to a planning application.
The proposal for the development, off Kendal Road, involves a mix of homes converted from existing buildings and some newly-built homes.

A spokesperson for the developer said: "The proposal will help meet the need for new homes in Kirkby Lonsdale and will also bring back into active use a partially complete brownfield site, which is allocated for housing in the Site Allocations Development Plan.
"At this stage no planning application has been submitted as the proposed scheme is still in the process of being prepared."
The proposal can be viewed at Lunesdale Hall, Bective Road, Kirkby Lonsdale, on Monday, February 29, from 2pm to 7.30pm.
