LANCASTER Royal Grammar School's headmaster Dr Chris Pyle has welcomed an independent survey of parents praising the quality of state boarding schools.
The survey by Research Stories for the State Boarding Schools Association, contacted over 1,500 parents of 4,300 boarders at 29 of the UK’s 35 state boarding schools, including LRGS.
Parents praised the high academic quality, the chance for children to fulfil their potential and good value.
“These results are a great vote of confidence in the quality of boarding we offer at LRGS," said Dr Pyle.
