PLANS submitted to South Lakeland District Council's planning committee include an agricultural building for silage at Halforth Farm, Heversham, for Brian Nelson; and erection of a slurry tower at High Gateside Farm, Cartmel, for Phil Wilson (both applications approved subject to conditions).
