KENDAL Gymnastics Club showed its strength and flexibility by winning several medals in different disciplines at the County Championships on Sunday, November 2.
Jamie-Lea Trickett shone in the Under 13 category as she won overall gold with a flawless all-round performance.
She went on to claim three individual apparatus golds as well.
In the senior section, Victoria Trewenneck won silver in the all-round category as well as two further silvers on the apparatus.
Jessica Isles, who had been out with injury for a year, put in a gold medal performance in the intermediate Under 11 section, narrowly beating her team mate Amelia Edwards into silver.
Other notable performances came from Kerry Garnett, who won bronze on the vault and bars and Rebecca Hill, who claimed victory on the bars.
The event was a great success for Kendal, who claimed 16 medals in total.
