His delicious cooking will be on sale at Kendal Market where his Diwali menu will feature - two packets nibbles (home-made Bombay-style Gujarati snacks); one portion samosa with tamarind sauce; one portion dhokra with yoghurt sauce (steamed chickpea savoury cakes); two main course portions; two packets roti (unleavened bread); one vegetable biriyani; two pieces mithai (Indian sweets).
